A California investment firm has purchased a neighborhood shopping center in North Las Vegas. Agora Realty & Management bought the 200,000-square-foot Fiesta Plaza at 2201 Civic Center Drive for $12.95 million. At the time of purchase, the property was 55 percent occupied by tenants including US Bank, El Pollo Loco and H&R Block. Agora executives said they recently signed a 10-year lease on 52,000 square feet with appliance and furniture retailer Conn’s. The store is scheduled to open in August.
