In 1999, the principals of Agora purchased 13.44 acres and built a 200 unit garden style apartment project with onsite daycare and a self-storage facility.  As construction was considerably expensive on the Hawaii islands Agora creatively value engineered the cost of construction to decrease costs and shorten the project schedule.  The project is strategically located next to five star hotels, a technology park, golf course and aquatic center.
