- Multi-tenant industrial
- We look for shallow-bay warehouses that serve local communities.
- Multifamily residential
- We invest in class-B apartments with both unit and community upgrade potential.
- Medical Office
- We convert retail and office into Medical Office spaces.
Properties of interest with upside potential should have the potential for one or more of the following:
- Lease roll-over / re-tenanting
- Re-development / renovation / upgrades
- Re-positioning
- Opportunity to add GLA
- Below market rents
Deal Size
- We invest in deals ranging from $1 million to $150 million.
