Cary J. Lefton
Chief Executive Officer

Cary J. Lefton is chief executive officer of Agora Realty & Management, which he founded in 1986. Lefton’s responsibilities include sales, accounting, contract administration, project acquisition, asset management, fiscal budgeting and general office administration.

Lefton began his career in 1980 as a real estate broker, specializing in commercial real estate, with Arthur Rubioff and Company of Southern California. He earned the “Rookie of the Year” award during his first year with the company, representing such companies as Westinghouse and Huffy Bicycles, and leased more than 1,500,000 square feet during his two-year tenure.

In 1982, Lefton joined Westwood Properties as vice president of acquisitions, where he successfully negotiated for commercial and industrial real estate throughout the Southern California region. His responsibilities also included project analysis, loan packaging and general office administration.

Lefton earned his bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Southern California.

Ryan N. Lefton
Chief Operations Officer

Ryan Lefton joined Agora Realty and Management in 2013.  With an impressive portfolio of over 2,000,000 square feet of acquisitions and 500+ successful lease agreements, Ryan’s expertise spans contract negotiation, acquisitions, and operations. His financial foundation was laid at Eisenberg Group accounting firm, prior to his real estate career.

Ryan’s professional acumen is augmented by a solid academic background. He holds a Juris Doctorate with a focus in Real Estate from California Western School of Law, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Regional Development with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Arizona. His blend of industry experience and education makes him a valuable asset to Agora and a notable figure in the field.

 

Aaron Lefton
President of Acquisitions & Leasing

Aaron Lefton joined Agora Realty and Management in 2012 after receiving his Masters in Real Estate Development from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. Prior to his Masters in Real Estate Development he received his Bachelors of Science at the University of Arizona. Aaron has been working in the commercial real estate industry since 2006. He has previous experience working as an intern for the City of Los Angeles Councilman District 3 and also experience with the Los Angeles Community Redevelopment Agency. In 2014 and 2019 Aaron received Power Broker of the Year  from CoStar and has been directly involved with over $300,000,000 in acquisitions at Agora.  Aaron Lefton also is a board of director for the Arizona State Masters in Real Estate Development Alumni Association California.  Lefton’s responsibilities include project acquisitions, asset management, project management and leasing.

Scott Golditch
Chief Financial Officer

Scott Golditch joined Agora Realty and Management in 2023. Prior to joining Agora, Scott was a Chief Financial Officer at Adept Development, where he managed an Accounting and Finance team responsible for all financial aspects of a vertically integrated multi-family developer, offering construction, architecture, and deal syndication to its investors and clients. Previously, Scott ran a Finance team at a digital advertising technology company, which was successfully acquired by 21st Century Fox, and started his career with big-4 accounting firms KPMG and Ernst & Young, working in both audit and mergers & acquisitions. 

Scott is a Certified Public Accountant. Scott earned his Bachelor’s degree from UC Berkeley and his MBA from the University of Southern California.

 

Cesar De La Cruz
Property Management & Leasing

Cesar De La Cruz joined Agora Realty & Management in 2000. He is responsible for overseeing property management and leasing of the company’s portfolio of properties. He is also involved in acquisitions and disposal of property.

Prior to joining Agora, De La Cruz worked for Westcord Commercial Real Estate Services, where his responsibilities included leasing and sales of bank-owned properties. De La Cruz began full-time residential real estate sales in 1985. He previously had his own construction company and termite business.

De La Cruz is extremely active in civic affairs in the communities in which Agora owns properties and has been a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers since 1996.  

Eileen Lopez
Administration Assistant

Eileen Lopez has been with Agora Realty and Management since 2007 as an administrative assistant.

Lucy joined the Agora Realty and Management Inc. in 2002 and Manages Plaza Del Valle. 

Joshua Guss
Controller

Josh Guss joined Agora Realty and Management in 2021. Josh has extensive experience in the accounting industry having worked at Ernst & Young and CNM LLP., primarily serving clients in the Real Estate and Biotechnology industries. Josh also served as the Co-Founder and Finance Manager for a startup company where he drafted budgets and agreements with the University of Southern California to develop a partnership which led to the successful creation and approvals of multiple international patents.

Josh earned his bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Southern California.

Christian Diaz
Property Manager

Christian Diaz joined Agora Realty and Management in 2018. Christian is currently a Property Manager for multiple commercial centers located in California. Christian is responsible for tenant relations, property condition inspections, and vendor supervision.

Christian Holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology emphasis in Criminology, and a minor in Real Estate from California State University, Northridge. In Addition, Christian Co-founded CSUN’s Real Estate Club and received the first ever Community Builder award from CSUN’s Real Estate Department.

Alan Drut
Accounts Payable Specialist

Alan Drut joined Agora Realty and Management in July of 2017.  He currently works as an Accounts Payable Specialist. Among his responsibilities is ensuring the maintenance of tenant insurance coverage records. Alan has been a full-charge bookkeeper since June 2000 and individual income tax preparer since 1996.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge.

Steven Munford
Property Manager

Steven Munford joined Agora Realty and Management in 2017. Steve is a Corporate Broker/Property Manager with Agora Realty and Management, Nevada. He handles all the day to day operations for several large commercial retail centers in the Las Vegas area. He has over 18 years of experience in the real estate business.  Plus he has owned several businesses in retail and also government contracting.

He was born in Montana and raised on the Fort Belknap Reservation in North Central Montana. He has lived in the Las Vegas for about 30 years. He is married to Kim and has two sons, John and Montana.

Ronald Thompson
Maintenance

Ronnie Thompson joined Agora Realty and Management in 2021. He has spent 14 years in the Carpentry trade and has been a continuing member of the Carpenters Union Local 1977.  Ronnie specializes in Demo and all aspects of Carpentry work.  He also has experience in all aspects of flooring which consist of wood flooring, tile flooring, epoxy flooring, and polished concrete.  Ronnie has taken on the role of General Foreman and Site Superintendent throughout his years of experience. He possesses exception problem-solving and managing skills. 

Ronnie is married with three children and enjoys spending time with his family and attending car shows.

Carlos A. Moreno
VP of Nevada Leasing

Carlos A. Moreno joined Agora Realty & Management in 2023. Carlos specializes in retail, tenant representation, investments, acquisitions, and dispositions. With over 20 years of real estate experience, Carlos has in-depth market knowledge that allows him to consult with asset investors and owner-users on a wide range of investment opportunities. Carlos has developed a strong referral network and maintains consulting relationships with investors, owners, and prospective owners.

Carlos moved from Los Angeles to Las Vegas in 1990 and decided to enter residential real estate. He helped many single-family residential investors establish strong rental income property portfolios. Sparking his interest in commercial real estate, Carlos joined Centennial Real Estate in 2015 where he gained experience in tenant representation, strategic planning, and commercial property sales. During this time, Carlos assisted investors and owner-users purchase, sell, and lease assets in the retail and office sectors. In 2019 Carlos joined SVN | The Equity Group with a continued focus on the retail market.

Carlos excels in creating long-term client relationships, locating properties to suit buyer and tenant needs, finding, and qualifying suitable tenants for existing properties, tenant/buyer budgeting, along with client outreach. Using his own experience in building personal real estate portfolios enhances Carlos’ ability to provide expert representation to his clients. His combined knowledge provides business owners and investors with invaluable insight into the commercial real estate industry.

Carlos speaks fluent Spanish and enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors with family and friends.

Pete Segel
Construction Manager

Pete Segel joined Agora Realty and Management in 2023.  Pete has more than 40 years of construction experience. He has managed all types of building construction projects, including commercial low and high- rise office buildings/commercial renovations, retail buildings, medical facilities, hotels, multi-family housing, schools and educational buildings, single family housing and parking structures. He has successfully managed over $900 million of projects in Nevada, Arizona, California, Washington, Texas, Ohio, Illinois, New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Connecticut, Virginia, Puerto Rico, Bermuda, and the Virgin Islands. Pete was previously a partner and President of a commercial General Contracting firm in Las Vegas as well as President of the Western region of a Chicago based General Contractor, and President of a Los Angeles General Contractor.

Pete is a forward-thinking action-oriented leader with experience in all aspects of the building business from business development to estimating, project management, field Operations, project close out, and financial management.

Pete holds General Contractor licenses in the states of California, and Nevada a LEED Accredited Professional.  Pete earned his bachelor’s degree in economics at Wharton School of Commerce and Finance from the University of Pennsylvania.
